Experience the ultimate ghost tour!

The Ghosts of Phoenix Tour is a walking tour (approximately one hour long) located in a hotel famous for its paranormal activity.  We have access to areas that are not open to the general public.

We will guide you through one of the most haunted hotels in America. You will visit the paranormal hotspots and hear stories about the personalities who haunt them. The tour will provide some historical information, along with stories passed down by staff members and past guests.

The Ghosts of Phoenix Tour does not stage re-creations or special effects.  Your tour will be authentic. You will want to bring along a camera (digital, disposable cameras with flash, or video). You never know what you will catch on film.

 Taking the Tour

The Ghosts of Phoenix Tour and Hotel San Carlos are not responsible for injuries or scares. Join us at your own risk!

Reservations are required. Reservations cannot be made by people under the age of 18. This tour is not recommended for children under the age of 8. However, children ages 8-17 are welcome to come, if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Tours take place on Friday and Saturday evenings throughout October. Tickets are $13 for people over the age of 12 and $7 for children 8-12. To request a reservation in October, click here or call the reservation hotline, at 602-414-0004.

If you choose to call, please leave a message with your first & last names, phone number, e-mail address, desired time and date of tour, and the number of adults (ages 13+) and children (8-12) in your party. We will check availability and get back to you within 48 hours.  Please do not come to the hotel unless you've received a confirmation.
