If you are interested in booking a private tour, please use the "Contact Us" tab. Fill in all of the usual contact information. In the "Comments" field, let us know the number of people in your party who are 13 and older, the number of children who can be used as bait(12 and under), and whether or not you are staying at the hotel. We will also need 3 potential dates that would work for your group. Let us know which is your first choice. Private tours require special clearance from the hotel management. We will contact the hotel and get back to you as quickly as possible.
Private Tours and EVPs
Private tours are more expensive for smaller groups, as there are fewer people to share the cost. HOWEVER, the smaller your party, the better shot you have at capturing EVPs, (Electronic Voice Phenomenon). In a group of 40 people (public tour), EVPs are difficult. The whisper on your recording is probably somebody whispering. Or clothing brushing against a doorway. With only a handful of people, your chances improve. We can't promise anything, naturally. Our tour guide Julia, however, was once called "weird" on an EVP taken in Bob's room (the 2nd floor apartment). He's right. She is pretty weird. :)
