If you are trying to make reservations for a group of more than 4 adults, look for dates listed as "Available" or "Filling Up." "Nearly Full" tours will only accept reservations of parties of 1-4 guests (and their children).

Q: Is there any way to get a spot on a sold out tour?
A: Sometimes cancellations are made by people who have reserved tickets. If you're interested in a sold out date, feel free to call 602-414-0004, the morning of the tour, to see if any slots have opened up. Office hours begin at 10 a.m. and end at 3, when we must leave for errands and the hotel. If we do not answer,
please leave your name, the desired tour time, and the best phone number with which to reach you. You may also join the Wait List for a sold out tour, via
e-mail. In the "Comments" section of the request form, mention that you'd like to join the Wait List. Be sure to include the desired tour date and time.

Due to the high volume of requests, we will only be able to return waiting list calls/messages if something opens up. Be sure to provide the phone number that you are most likely to answer. If we can't reach you (in person) when we call, we will move to the next name on the waiting list.
