If you are 18+ years old, click here for our standard (18 and older) waiver: GhostsOfPhoenixWaiver.pdfWe do not allow minors (those under 18) to come on the tour without a parent or guardian. For a minor to attend, both he and one of his parents will need to sign the parental waiver: GhostsOfPhoenixParentalWaiver.pdf.
Parents will also be required to sign the standard waiver.
